Stack Guard account questions
How do I sign in to my Stack Guard account?
Enter the email address you used at checkout and we email you a one-time sign-in link. It works once and lasts 20 minutes. There is no password to remember or leak.
I lost my licence key. How do I get it back?
Sign in to your account and open your licence. The key is shown there. For your security, our staff cannot read keys back to you.
How do I move my licence to another site?
Open the licence in your account, free up the seat used by the old site, then activate the key on the new site from the License tab inside Stack Guard.
How do I update my card, cancel or change plan?
Email hello@wpstackguard.com from the address on your account and we will take care of it.
I use Stack Guard Free. Do I need an account?
No. Free needs no account and no key, and updates through WordPress like any other plugin.
