Cancellation and Refunds

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Stack Guard Pro or Agency is not right for you, email hello@wpstackguard.com within 14 days of your first purchase from the address on your account and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms.

The guarantee covers your first purchase of a paid plan. You can also try Stack Guard Free for as long as you like first, and read the Pro features before you buy.

2. Cancelling

• Cancel at any time by emailing hello@wpstackguard.com from the address on your account. We confirm by email.
• Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for. It does not renew after that.
• A refunded licence stops working when the refund is made.

3. Renewals and later purchases

Outside the 14-day guarantee we do not refund charges, including renewals, upgrades and unused time on a yearly plan.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same plan, tell us and we will put it right.

4. After your plan ends

• Pro and Agency features switch off. Your settings are kept, so they come back as you left them if you buy again.
• Sign-in protection, two-factor and everything in Free keep working.
• Backups you made stay on your site.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your licence stays fully active for 14 days while the payment is retried. After that, Pro features switch off until the payment goes through.
